Sid & Debbie Sackmann - a story of stewardship
Through five decades of service, they have not only grown crops and cattle but cultivated opportunity, character, and connection. Their legacy can be seen in the faces of former employees, 4-H and FFA members, neighbors, and friends whose lives have been shaped by their quiet leadership and generosity.
Whose life’s work reflects a deep love for agriculture, service to others, and a legacy lasting far beyond their farm.
Sid and Debbie are probably best known for their willingness to lend a hand and give an opportunity when someone is down on their luck. Sid keeps them employed, but Debbie puts them to work. Between the two of them, SIDEB has offered a soft place to land, a warm meal, and a sense of purpose to many. Together, they’ve provided not only work, but dignity, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. [full bio]

Richard DeBeaumont
A new chapter—a new life. Richard’s plan was to have a confined cow-calf-feedlot operation with cattle cleaning up fields after harvest. Despite early doubt, his perseverance led to success. [Bio]
Tony Garro
The impact a person can have by simply leading a good life has more potential to change the world than any politician or someone with a dozen club memberships. That’s Tony Garro, changing the world by making 1 friend at a time and drinking 1 drive through coffee at a time…and he’s usually doing it while wearing a hoodie and smile. [Bio]
